IIAE Curriculum and Faculty

IIAE offers working professionals in the automotive industry the opportunity to continue their education and advance their credentials through online study. IIAE Certificates in Automotive Industry Studies are awarded in six areas of industry specialization that reflect the six departments in the curriculum:

IIAE Certificate Programs
Develop leadership in managing the complexities of modern automotive retailing and promoting dealership success. Knowledge and skills for delivering F&I, managing provider relationships, and promoting customer satisfaction.
Combine knowledge about customer buying decisions with proven methods for increasing sales performance. Enhance the management of parts and service departments essential to dealership profitability.

In addition to courses in the six departments, the IIAE curriculum includes an "Industry Essentials" department. Courses in this department provide students with an overview of industry-wide topics include industry history, current legal and regulatory issues, and various aspects of management, sales, marketing, and finance.
